The council of the Institution of the Engineers
of India established on an overseas chapter in the State of Qatar
in the Arabian Gulf in July 1991 for the benefit of its members
residing and practicing engineering profession in Qatar. The
jurisdiction of the Qatar Chapter shall be the geographical
boundaries of Qatar.
